What if I have a shipping issue or have lost a package?
Please confirm your shipping address is correct. Once the package leaves Faye Daniel Designs it is the responsibility of the mailing service. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to arrange for reimbursement as the shipment is insured. What are our domestic shipping policies?
We will ship your order using USPS insured priority shipping with delivery confirmation and online tracking. We also offer USPS express shipping which is offered at checkout. Please email us if you prefer a different shipping method.
What are our international shipping policies?
Please give yourself a few extra months for ordering and shipping. All packages no matter what courier method will be subject to customs. All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer and not Faye Daniel Designs. You have the option of USPS PRIORITY International (packages take approximately 10 business days barring any customs delays) or USPS EXPRESS International Shipping. We highly recommend USPS EXPRESS mail to our international customers. Even though this is slightly more expensive this allows your package to be trackable and includes $100.00 insurance. USPS EXPRESS International Shipping can take 3-6 business days barring any customs delays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Pieces may vary slightly from the photo representation due to the fact that all of our jewelry and accessories are individually crafted by our skilled artisans. Some of our materials are natural stones and may have slight variations. This adds to the beauty and uniqueness of each piece. Colors may vary due to the variety of different viewing devices. We try our best to accurately depict the colors of our crystals, pearls, and other components. Faye Daniel Designs holds exclusive rights to change pricing without notice due to material costs. However, all existing orders that are being processed will be honored at agreed upon price. Faye Daniel Designs may periodically update this Policy. Any changes made will be posted here.
